Stacy Epstein-McCoy

Stacy Epstein McCoy worked as a development associate with the Levantine Cultural Center during 2009.  Stacy is a mutt, part Russian Jew and part Catholic.  She was raised in the Unitarian Church as a result and this led to her fascination with World Religions.  Stacy graduated from Wake Forest University in May of 2008 with a B.A. in Religious Studies and a double minor in International Development & Policy and International Studies.  During her time at Wake Forest she spent a summer studying abroad in Vienna.  She spent another summer, the summer of 2007, conducting research on a Richter Scholarship for Independent Study Abroad in Nepal.  After graduating Stacy moved to Los Angeles from Boston with her fiance.  Her passion for human rights and peace fuels her and led her to the Levantine Cultural Center.  In addition to working at LCC Stacy has worked as a part-time research assistant at USC studying youth empowerment in homeless shelters. She also manages a blog for a non-profit consulting firm and record label, Fireign United.
