Beginning Immersion Summer Class: This is a great class for those just starting out. Monday/Wednesday evenings, 7:00-10:00 pm, July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30. Tuition $225. Nezar Andary is a writer and translator who travels frequently back and forth to the Middle East. He has lived in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, and has written for a number of publications. He first began teaching Arabic as a student at Columbia University. Currently he is finishing his Ph.D. at UCLA, where his focus is Arabic and English literature, cultural studies, film and theatre. Nezar Andary teaches classes with a strong focus on music, literature, theatre, and film. Register now by simply filling out this form.
